ICT Services are currently investigating an issue affecting all users of the Remote Access to Corporate Desktop (RACD) service. 

 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to restore access as quickly as possible. Further updates will be published here as soon as they become available.

Welcome to the updated version of the Remote Access to Corporate Desktop (RACD) Service, which now includes Skype for Business and is available for use on most devices including; Windows 7/8.1/10 PCs & Laptops, Apple Mac OS X, Apple iOS iPad/iPhone and Android Tablet/Phone.

RACD Instructions

If you are a Lancashire County Council / BT Lancashire or Local Pensions Partnership user and are either using RACD for the first time or are experiencing issues with the service, please check that your personal device (not corporate laptop) has the current recommended supported Citrix Receiver installed before contacting BTLS ICT Services.

Once installed you should be able to login to RACD using the relevant button below.
